This morning Daphne and Les accompanied by Georgie came up to work. We put in a couple of hours on the lower bog and through to the confluence of the streams taking out all the Balsam which has germinated since we last pulled it. It was encouraging to see how effective our efforts have been as there weren't that many plants. A few dropped seed but hopefully there will be a much easier task ahead of us next year.
